Sean has lived his entire life in Marblehead. His roots date back to 1629 when his 12TH great grandfather, Isaac Allerton, the Mayflower Pilgrim started a fishing village in Marblehead.
Real estate has always been a constant in his life. His parents owned Carlson Real Estate, and he worked in various jobs for the company while growing up. He received his education in Marblehead, Belmont Hill School and graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine—Orono.
Sean is the Sales Manager for Sagan Harborside Sotheby's International Realty and has earned a reputation for integrity and fairness.
Sean is athletic and does hot yoga, road biking and skis Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine. He is a member of the Dolphin Yacht Club. He is often seen paddleboarding with his two dogs—Lulu and Hazel. (The dogs wear life jackets!) Sean dresses as Santa Claus at Christmas time, paddles across Marblehead Harbor with others, to raise money for charity.
Sean is married to Jodi Gildea, and they have two children—Liam and Ella.
