Traci grew up in Marblehead and has been a member of the community ever since. Upon graduation from college, she immediately started her real estate career by joining the family company, Carlson Real Estate. After several years in the corporate office, she then became a successful agent in Boston, specializing in Boston waterfront properties. She eventually moved her professional business back to her hometown of Marblehead, Swampscott and The Northshore market.  

 Traci brings a professional level of enthusiasm and experience with her commitment to helping clients in every transaction.  She guides both buyers and sellers alike, explaining the process so her clients can make confident and knowledgeable decisions. More importantly, what fulfills Traci the most is helping people find their perfect home.  

 Traci is a member of the Eastern Yacht Club, Tedesco Country Club, The Club of Small Gardens, The Winter Garden Club and Summer Book Club.  Traci is married to Peter Howe, and they have raised two sons in Marblehead—Wells (wife Meaghan) and Camden (wife Maneh).  She has recently become a grandmother for the first time. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, boating, skiing, playing tennis, platform tennis, golf and pickleball.
